ABOUT US

Seachange Building and Renovations is owned and operated by Registered Builder Gerard Miller. Gerard has lived in the Dunsborough, Yallingup area for over 35 years, and has worked on many bespoke homes as a carpenter in the South West. This has gained him a hands-on and broad understanding of the building industry and he understands what products work well in the local environment and landscape.

After several years of working and study Gerard completed his Building Contractor registration in 2016, allowing him to deliver clients quality craftsmanship and an enjoyable building experience.
